◎简　　介

　　藤山（役所广司 饰）是不动产公司的部长，拥有一个幸福的家庭和两个可爱的孩子，是他人眼中模范生活的典范。然而某一日，忽然晕倒被送入医院的藤山震惊的得知，自己竟然患上了肺癌，只剩下半年的生命。藤山拒绝了能够延长寿命的治疗，他另有打算。
　　
　　藤上对妻子美和子隐瞒了自己的病情，只将实情告诉了自己的大儿子俊介。在人生最后的日子里，他决定去拜访在自己生命里留下过痕迹的人们。深深爱慕却未曾将这份感情对其说出口的美穗、因为小小的矛盾而幼稚的绝交从此再也没有说过话的好友阿清、已经很久很久没有联系过的哥哥幸一都在藤山的拜访的列表上。
