◎简　　介

　　前喜剧演员马克·麦卡锡（Gavin McInnes 饰）得知自己患有乳腺癌之后，生活开始变得消沉，面临着人生最后的一段旅程，他做出了一个惊人的决定：他打算为他那未出生的孩子拍摄一组纪录片，用来告诉他如何成长为一个男人，包括像是如何像一个男人一样的去打架、洗澡、约会等等一系列让人捧腹大笑的指导。因此，他雇佣了一个年轻的、易受影响的且生活同样也是一团乱麻的摄影师Bryan（连姆·艾肯 饰），来记录他的粗暴又略显滑稽的教导。
