◎简　　介

　　因侵吞组织3亿日元现金，黑道人物矢崎文治（柳葉敏郎 饰）遭到追杀，连好友松浦楯夫（陣内孝則 饰）也被迫对他扣下扳机。事后松浦入狱服刑，组织为了拷问金钱的下落，而对文治的妹妹沙织（麻生祐未 饰）进行毫无人性的折磨，致使沙织音接受麻药过量而失忆。
　　
　　6年后，松浦刑满释放，心怀愧疚的他在医院找到沙织。为了让沙织恢复健康，松浦和小弟神津研作（仲村トオル 饰）以及其他一般好友合作，为她打造虚幻而美丽的记忆。然而黑暗的记忆就如同幽灵一般也慢慢显现出来。另一方面，组织为得到仍然失踪的巨款，也向松浦他们伸出魔爪……
