◎简　　介　

　　故事的主人公是一群保安护卫公司的职员，他们决定冒险进行一项抢劫，而对象就是自己的公司。原本几个人计划得非常周全，他们只想发财，并不想伤害他人。但是当一个意外的目击者卷入其中后，事情开始变得复杂起来……

俗话说臭味相投，哈克特（哥伦布·绍特饰）、拜尼斯（劳伦斯·菲什伯恩饰）、杜比斯（斯基特·乌尔里奇饰）、潘梅尔（阿莫里·诺拉斯科饰）几个人都任职于一个保安公司，他们年龄相仿，兴趣也差不多，而且最近他们都面临着一个严峻问题，那就是：缺钱。他们的工作就是每天开着荷枪实弹的装甲车负责押运上千万的现款，既然钱就在身边，几个人不免开始动起了歪脑筋。虽然才拿到工作的哈克特不怎么乐意，不过其他人的威逼利诱下，他最终还是半推半就的加入了该计划，他们的目标是：打劫自己押运的4200万现金。

有老朋友同时也是这方面的行家奎因（让·雷诺饰）帮忙，事情进行得相当顺利。不过在实施计划的当天，一切在计划中的事情突然被一件意外之事打断：竟然有人得知了他们的整个劫案计划！这个人究竟是谁，他究竟知道多少？他是无意中得知的，还是有人想独吞而故意安排的？这个看似固若金汤的兄弟会，因为这起意外而开始产生裂痕……
